Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies used on KeyCodes.ai.
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.
Last updated: April 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites and apps you visit. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, and provide usage information to the people operating the site. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixel tags. In this policy, we refer to all of these as “cookies.”
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary. Required to operate the Service, maintain your authenticated session, load-balance traffic, and protect against abuse. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Functional. Remember choices you make and enable features such as in-product support chat (via Intercom). Disabling these may degrade functionality.
3. Third parties that set cookies
The following providers may set cookies when you use the Service:
- Stripe — fraud prevention for payment flows initiated on our site;
- Intercom — in-product messaging and support chat;
- Vercel — hosting infrastructure.
Each provider operates under its own privacy and cookie policies, which we link from our Privacy Policy.
4. Managing your cookie preferences
Browser controls. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Check your browser’s help pages for instructions. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
“Sale” / “sharing.” We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
EU / UK users. If you are in the EEA or UK and would like to limit non-essential cookies, please use your browser’s cookie controls or contact us at privacy@keycodes.ai. We are working on in-product consent controls and will update this policy when they are available.
5. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to websites you visit. There is no common standard for how sites must respond to DNT, and we do not currently take automated action on DNT or GPC signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, there is nothing to opt out of on that basis; if you want to exercise other privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as we add, remove, or change the technologies we use. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above.
