By accessing or using KeyCodes.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service is available only to licensed automotive locksmiths, dealership service technicians, and other qualified automotive professionals. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified professional with proper credentials and authorization to access automotive key codes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information about yourself and your business. Your account is subject to approval based on verification of your professional credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for legitimate, lawful purposes related to your professional work. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized data
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute key code information obtained from the Service

5. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Key code availability depends on our data sources and may not cover all vehicles.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by KeyCodes.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyCodes.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyCodes.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
